Extending of Technology Acceptance Model in Using Online Health Applications in The Covid-19 Pandemic Era

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed behavior of the people in getting health services that switch to online ones. study examines extending Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) using applications. TAM is no longer relevant be applied on specific application studies. expansion carried out adds variables social influence, feelings anxiety, and availability developing attitudes influence behavioral intentions. Data collected questionnaires for users Halodoc as many 200 respondents. results hypothesis testing Structural Equation Modeling analysis with AMOS method show are determinants forming intentions which influenced by perception usefulness, ease perception, service availability, but not from anxiety. These indicate individuals perceive providing benefits, easy use, influencing environment, well-available services. Therefore it can ignore anxiety during Covid 19 get
